Here are a few helpful things to know before your stay: Monthly Cleaning for Extended Stays: For 28+ night bookings, a light cleaning is required every 4 weeks ($75/visit). We’ll refresh towels, top up essentials, and tidy the space so you can stay comfortable. Building Rules – Guest Info Required: To keep our approval to operate, we must submit your name, email, and phone number to our building’s property manager. If you’re not comfortable with this, please do not book. Reservations may be cancelled if this info isn’t provided in advance. Parking: There is no on-site parking. If you’re driving and need parking, check the City of Toronto’s website for temporary overnight street parking permits (must be printed and displayed). Cleaning & Safety: Your health and comfort matter to us. That’s why we follow a detailed cleaning and sanitization process after every guest checkout. Everything’s fresh and spotless when you arrive.
